Crown Prince and Princess Akishino visited the Port of Shimizu

Their Imperial  Highness Crown Prince and Princess Akishino  visited our office building and  watched the winning works of the “Art Contest” at Shimizu Marine Building (Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka city, Japan), where the Shimizu Port Authority located.   A girl in 6 grader who goes to the elementary school in  Shizuoka city who won the gold award explained the work, and Prince crown Akishino said “Congratulations!”, On July 17, 2019.

 

Their Imperial  Highness Crown Prince and Princess Akishino  also visited the related exhibition held for commemorating the 120th anniversary of opening the Port of Shimizu, such  the Nihondaira-Yume-Terrace, the Miho-no- Matsubara Cultural Creation Center, and the Verkehr Museum. On July 18th, they will be present at a commemorative opening ceremony at The Gran-Ship in Shizuoka City.
